I am 19 years old and a female. I have a difficulty in sleeping. I haven't been sleeping regularly for the past 3 months now. I am a student so I tend to be exhausted after my classes, not to mention that I also have a part-time job in the morning. My last class schedule finishes between 7: 30-9: 00 pm in a week. But after a long and tiring day, I still can't sleep especially if it's past 11 o'clock. I always overthink when I get to bed, lots of thought runs through my mind every night and some of them are really unnecessary. I think I only get to sleep at 3 am because of my thoughts. My mom says I have been snoring loudly which I didn't know of. every time I wake up at 11 am or so, I often have a dry mouth. I haven't been able to go to my part-time job now for 2 days because I just couldn't get enough sleep. I don't have any medical history. What seems to be my problem?
